Validation Process

Before any verified assessment, the candidate confirms identity through a multi-step process. The same identity is linked to every verified result on the Passport, so employers can trust that the credential belongs to the person presenting it.

• Pre-scoreAI scores the response against the versioned rubric for consistency and speed.
• ReviewA trained human reviewer evaluates the evidence, accepts or adjusts the CompetencyScore™, and records the basis.
• ApproveVerified evidence is added to the Passport only after review approval.
• VerifyEmployers and third parties can verify the credential through a secure lookup link.

Reviewers are required to evaluate evidence against the published rubric, not intuition. Material adjustments to an AI pre-score must be documented. Reviewers are periodically calibrated against benchmark cases to maintain consistency.

If identity or integrity concerns are discovered after issuance, verified evidence can be flagged or revoked. Every change is logged so the credential history remains transparent to employers who verify it.

AI-only development results are labeled as such throughout the product. They are useful for learning and self-assessment, but they are never accepted as verified evidence and never appear on a Passport.
