Competency Labs exists to make clinical research competency verifiable. Resumes list roles. Certifications prove attendance. Neither shows whether a professional can actually do the work under real conditions.
We build role-based assessments against a standardized rubric, review the evidence independently, and issue a Competency Passport that employers can verify directly. We are not a course platform, a coaching program, or a bootcamp — we are the verification layer that sits between qualified professionals and the organizations that need to trust them.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by any framework body or regulatory authority. Our rubrics are informed by public frameworks; our decisions are our own.

Every Passport is backed by scored, rubric-graded evidence and human review — not self-report.
Verifiable, not printable
A Passport lives at a verifiable URL that employers check directly. There is no PDF to forge.
Data minimization
We collect what is required to score and verify — nothing more — and we never sell your data.
